FUNecole is the newest program designed for 2nd to 4th grade students. It offers a variety of themes and learning methods, develops the child’s way of thinking, it fires the learning desire, cultivates a positive attitude and computer skills.
The program prepares the students for the future requirements of our society, a society of technology and cultural diversity.
FUNecole is adapted to each level of study, combines the traditional and multimedia learning methods, aiming to create some values (respect, responsibility, correctness, integrity, honesty, love) through discussion, day by day life examples, projects, games, cartoon characters.
The language in use is English, and the children use internet and computer programs (Word, Power Point, Excel, Paint, Story Book Weaver, Kid Pix) so that, at the end of the program, the students will be prepared to successfully face the examination for each of the 7 module of the ECDL (European Computer Driving License) and to obtain the Cambridge certificate.
The students enrolled in this program have the opportunity of interacting with children from partner schools from abroad. This way they can exercise their English, create new relations, exchange opinions, observe resemblances and differences between cultures.
FUNecole makes the children more conscious of their personal development capacity, gaining trust in their own strength and being opened to challenges.
The program’s themes are: self consciousness, my family, my group, my community, my world, the approach being different for all levels of comprehension.
This program offers the students a broader perspective of the world, of their place in society, it helps them go beyond their limits and collaborate.
