The new campus
The International School Campus is a project of Happy Kids Foundation and its aim is to create a model in education. It will be in the service of all Cluj and also Transylvania community. In the campus there will be educational activities going on, organized as following:
1. Nursery
2. Kindergarten
3. Primary School
4. Secondary School
5. High School
6. After School Programs
7. Trainings
Starting with 2008 the activities of the school take place in the first building of the International School Campus.
Description of the Campus
The International School Campus covers 16.000 square meters of non polluted area, surrounded by a park.
The Nursery and the Kindergarten will have independent buildings and administration- now the nursery and part of the kindergarten are located in an independent building with specific areas for children aged 1-5.
The Primary School, The Secondary School and The High School have large classrooms, with Internet connection, library, laboratories and cabinets (science, multimedia, art, music, radio TV studio), gym, offices, kitchen and cafeteria.
The auditorium and the training center, for the school and for the community will offer the perfect environment for continuous study.
The sports center will be structured in: the gymnastics hall, the sports hall, the port courts, the pool and other facilities.
The sports hall was designed as a multifunctional space that meets the European standards where local and regional sport competitions will be held(basketball, volleyball, tennis, handball). The sports hall will also have elevated stalls.
The sport courts : there will be 2, having the possibility of multifunctional use for tennis, volleyball, basketball. They will have elevated stalls, in order that local and regional sport competitions can be organized and held.
The project of this campus was designed taking into account the children with physical disabilities, who also have access to educational programmes.
