Annual and weekly themes

Through its program, structured on two main directions, the kindergarten aims to offer the children a complete education with all the aspects of their development: intellectual/ academic, creative, physical and emotional.

The first direction of the program is structured on an annual theme, which will be reflected in each level of the learning activity.

The second main direction in the program is the study of the weekly themes that are reflected in all the activities (academic, play, extracurricular). This modern approach offers the child the opportunity to accumulate knowledge and to develop character skills for life.

The weekly themes are part of our program for character education.

The annual theme 2009-2010 is: “Writing builds bridges”, this being the year of creative writing.

The weekly themes:
Our curriculum is divided in weekly themes - Themes across the curriculum/Themes across the centers. Each week children are introduced a new topic/ theme.
These themes are age-related and comprise fun early childhood activities for toddlers, preschoolers and kindergarteners.
